Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy. Your Yoga Moment reserves the right to substitute teachers, cancel or change its sessions to an alternative date without notice. If this happens all participants will receive either a full refund, or the option to transfer your booking to a later date if available. Your Yoga Moment is not responsible for any other associated expenses.  For all courses/events/retreats/group bookings: Should you need to cancel a session with Your Yoga Moment after payment has been processed, payment is fully refundable up until 7 calendar days prior to the session commencement.  Alternatively you may opt to transfer to a later session if it is available. Notice of cancellation is required in writing & must be acknowledged as received by Your Yoga Moment. If between 3 and 7 calendar days’ notice is given of your cancellation, 75% of your payment is refundable. If less than 3 days’ notice is given of cancellation full course/event fee will be forfeit*.  *Please note: We do understand there can be unpredictable illness/unusual circumstances requiring cancellation on shorter notice. If this is the case please discuss this with Michelle prior to course commencement. Please also note these are limited circumstances and will be evaluated on a case by case basis.     For all private classes/private group classes (not including Courses/Workshops/Events): As a courtesy to our teachers, students and clients, we require at least 12 hours’ notice when cancelling a private appointment, private/private group class. It is your responsibility to cancel via SMS to 0405 643 692 with name/class/date/time you would like to cancel. You will receive a text acknowledging your cancellation. Any appointment cancelled or missed with less than 12 hours-notice will result in a charge or loss of that class or consult fee. It is your responsibility to remember your booked sessions. All sessions including private sessions will commence and finish on time unless otherwise negotiated with your teacher prior to session commencing. You are expected to arrive early to complete any required sign-in or set up before commencement of your session. Your teacher will be available in class 15 minutes prior to class commencement. Refunds/Partial Refunds/Transfers will not be given for non-attendance or late attendance. All Clients will need to sign an online or hard copy client & disclaimer form before attending sessions with our teachers. We will send one to you at the time of your booking. CLASS PASSES & EXPIRY: All passes must be completed prior to expiration, no exceptions. The passes already include extra time to allow for time away or cancelled classes.
