Chair Assisted Yoga
A Supported Practice...
Chair assisted yoga classes offer the supportive option of using a chair to sit down on rather than the floor. Excellent for anyone with issues of mobility that prevent getting down on the floor. A good portion of the class still involves standing, however chairs also make an excellent prop to support strengthening, balance poses & to enhance mobility.
Full chair classes (remaining seated throughout) are also offered.
